Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our store, select your desired products and sizes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system immediately. If you need to make changes, please contact us at altusfitness.hq@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't shipped yet.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order in two ways:

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is typically 1-2 business days before shipment.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via UPS. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time—check our homepage for current offers!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are currently final. We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. Please carefully review sizes using our Size Guide before ordering.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days at altusfitness.hq@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Products & Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

Check our detailed Size Guide which includes measurements and fit recommendations. Our products run true to size—if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

When will you restock sold-out items?

Restocking depends on demand and availability. Follow us on Instagram or join our Discord for restock announcements!

What are your products made of?

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal through our secure Stripe payment processor.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged immediately when you place your order. If payment fails, you'll be notified and can update your payment method to complete the purchase.
