Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
To report a defective or damaged item:
- Take clear photos of the defect or damage
- Email us at altusfitness.hq@gmail.com
- Include your order number and description of the issue
- Attach the photos to your email
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for the fastest resolution.
